marinate the beef (with salt+pepper+sesame oil+shaoxing wine, the usual stuff, u know)
then cook the spaghetti
sautee some minced garlic and chopped onions then add the beef to stir-fry until the beef is close to being done
then mix the cooked spaghetti and add dark soy sauce, black pepper, salt, sugar... continue to stir-fry until the color of the spaghetti is even throughout and it's dry enough... and it's done~
i think u can probably use the lee kam kee "black pepper sauce" for this too... u could try try~
